What you will do
- Review the risk summary produced by the previous workshops.
- Select a treatment for each risk and document the justification.
- Add the corresponding measures to the continuous improvement plan, with an owner and deadline.
- Define the indicators and governance for ongoing monitoring.
Pitfall to avoid. The selected treatment—reduce, accept, transfer or avoid—is structured reference data, not free text. Always use the selector rather than a comment field.
