The final Word deliverable

There is no separate Industrial Risks report page. This page assembles a Word report from predefined sections—one per method used—which can be edited before export.

What you will do

1. Select the report type: PHA, hazard study, FMEA, HAZOP, LOPA, FTA or complete summary.
2. Review and adjust each section in the Editor tab where necessary.
3. Generate the Word document; tables and matrices are built automatically from your data.
