Risks
This step presents the risk summary calculated from the operational scenarios, with the Severity × Likelihood matrix and a treatment plan.
If no risk has been calculated yet, a message invites you to first generate the operational scenarios (step 5).
Risk distribution
KPI cards display the number of scenarios by risk level: Acceptable, To monitor, Unacceptable, Critical.
S × L matrix
Grid crossing Severity (rows, S1 to S4) and Likelihood (columns, L1 to L4). Each cell displays the resulting risk level (R1 to R4, color-coded) and a dot per scenario positioned in that cell (hover to see the scenario label). A legend recalls the color / risk level correspondence.
Risk treatment plan
Table listing each risk:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Scenario | Label of the associated scenario |
| S | Severity, editable |
| L | Likelihood, editable |
| Risk | Level R1-R4, automatically recalculated (Acceptable/To monitor/Unacceptable/Critical) |
| Treatment | Reduction, Transfer, Acceptance, Suppression |
| Proposed measures | Treatment measures under consideration, free text |
| Notes | Free notes |
Risks at Unacceptable or Critical level (≥ R3) are highlighted by a tinted row.
Level consistency
Changing S or L in this table immediately updates the risk badge and the position in the matrix — but does not automatically propagate back to the original operational scenario (editing S/L at the source is done instead in 5 — Operational scen.).
