5.1 — Risk summary
Workshop 5.1: consolidate all the risks of the study into a single list, before deciding on their treatment in 5.2.
Generate automatically
The ⚡ Generate button scans the existing data — feared events, strategic scenario paths, operational scenarios — and creates the corresponding rows. The confirmation announces what will be scanned and, if rows already exist, offers Add or Replace.
A single Ctrl+Z undoes the whole generation
The history point is set at the action level, not row by row: undoing after a generation restores the table to its previous state in one go.
The three summary modes
| Mode | Granularity |
|---|---|
| ⚡ Quick | One risk per feared event |
| ⚖️ Intermediate | One risk per strategic scenario path |
| 🔬 Full | One risk per operational scenario |
The 🔗 Context mode follows the one defined in the study context, which avoids divergences between pages.
The mode changes the number of rows, not the data
Switching from Quick to Full loses nothing: it's the level of detail of the consolidation that changes. However, ratings entered manually on rows that no longer exist in the new mode do not carry over — regenerate after a mode change knowingly.
Columns
Number, Origin (FE / SS / OS), Risk, Risk source, Targeted objectives, Feared event, SS / Path, Strategic scenario, Operational scenario, Level and Treatment. The Origin, SS/Path and Treatment columns can be shown or hidden as needed.
Likelihood (L) and severity (S) rating
Likelihood and severity are inherited automatically from the upstream workshops — the header indicates where L comes from. Clicking a value lets you force it into manual mode; clicking again returns to automatic mode.
