Report
Generates the Word report or Excel export of the compliance audit.
Report information
Fields entered on the page, carried through to the cover page and introduction:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Organization | Entity audited |
| Auditor | Auditor's name |
| Report date, Audit start / end | Dates |
| Audit scope | Entities, sites, processes and systems covered — and what is excluded |
| Audit criteria | Standards, internal policies and contractual requirements used as the basis for judgement |
| People audited | Roles met and interview dates |
| Methodology | How evidence was collected: interviews, document review, testing, sampling applied |
| Conclusion | Overall assessment, strengths, major findings and expected follow-up |
These fields are not decorative
Scope, criteria and methodology are the three elements that make an audit report defensible. A report that does not state what was excluded, or how the sample was built, is easily challenged.
Preview before generation
For each selected standard: number of articles, compliant, partial, non-compliant, not applicable, not assessed, evidence and actions. This is the last checkpoint before export.
The two formats
| Format | Content |
|---|---|
| Word (.docx) | Full report: cover page, summary, grid, action plan |
| Excel (.xlsx) | Sheets: Summary, Full grid, Action plan |
Consolidated report
If several standards are selected for the audit, the report covers all of them in a single consolidated document — the page states this explicitly before generation.
